As a JCP&L Distributor, we are obligated to inform our JCP&L customers that the following requirements are included as a condition of sale.

A. No Product, no Project, nor any Customer service account that is part of a Project, may use, submit, claim, or receive any rebates, discounts, incentives, or services from any other program, energy efficiency related or otherwise, for the Project or for any Product installed at the Customer’s site, for which the energy and demand savings have already been compensated, including the attribution of energy and demand savings or reductions for a single Product/activity at multiple market intervention points, including but not limited to energy savings or reductions claimed upstream, midstream, and at the Customer, where a particular Product was installed or an activity occurred (each, a “Double Incentive”).

B. Product for each Project shall remain installed at the Customer site until the later of: (i) one (1) year from the date of Project submission or; (ii) expiration of the Program Period; and (iii) as required by applicable law and JCP&L.

C. Customer shall complete all inspection, maintenance and repair requirements associated with each Product and each Project in accordance with applicable laws or as otherwise required by the JCP&L.

D. Customer shall provide the Program the right at any time, with 48-hour notice, during the Program Period to enter onto the Customer/Project Site(s) during normal working hours and shall require each Customer to provide the Program access to all applicable documents and records to examine, evaluate, test, measure, and inspect, as applicable, each Project, to perform all Inspections.

The Customer obligation to provide access described in this paragraph shall apply regardless of whether the Customer associated with a Project or Product changes during the Term of this Agreement.

E. Customer will allow JCP&L and TRC employees, representatives, designees and contractors to inspect documentation and installed Products for the Project.
